I can be found at a few venues on a regular basis. Please, you're welcome to join in.
The Clinical Round Table meets online twice a month, Thursday evenings at 8PM EST. This is a clinical teaching space that I began with Leslie Williams almost 4 years ago. Our online platform enables an intimate group of practitioners to interact, meet face-to-face, share case notes, formulations, holistic protocols and enhance clinical skills while working in real time. We also ocassionally meet live clients as a group.
Additionally, we offer Clinical Round Table opportunities to 2nd and 3rd year students at herb schools. This provides a springboard for developing clinical skills, while working alongside peers and professional herbalists. If you're interested in discussing the possibility of broadening your students clinical skills and would like to discuss incorporating a regular Students' Round Table in your school's curriculum, you can learn more here.
"Let´s talk herbs"is a free monthly meeting, now held in both Erie and Franklin, PA. Meeting on the last Thursday of each month, at each venue, we share share lunches, samples, questions, ideas, and herbal products. Sometimes we just sit and talk herbs, or swap seeds. Both gatherings are informal.
In Erie, we meet at the Erie Whole Foods Co-op Cafe, 1341 W 26th St, Erie, at noon on the last Thursday of the month. The group that I began in Franklin continues to thrive, thanks to Debb and they meet also at noon at the Franklin Public Library, on 12th Street, often upstairs (there's elevator access). Think about dropping in.
